This is not an official site of LivSmart project or of LivSmart Welfare Association, but a site to gather contacts of people who have paid for their dream houses, but are being denied to receive any further updates or accept their application for claiming their house that they booked, given allocation letters, registered and paid stamp duty with the revenue department and have the receipts of their payments to the builders

LIV Smart Welfare Association
It is supposed to be a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, which consists of flat(s) purchasers/homebuyers who had individually booked separate flat(s)/ unit(s) with the Corporate Debtor. However, they are giving membership selectively if you fill form within a certain date and not to every flat owner! That’s fraudulent way of business!

This is in reference to your email wherein you have claimed to be an allottee in the Livsmart project developed by D. K. Realty (India) Pvt. Ltd., and have requested consideration of your claim in relation to the unit allotted to you.
We wish to inform you that the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of D. K. Realty (India) Pvt. Ltd. commenced on 15th November 2022, pursuant to an order of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai.
As per the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC), a public announcement was made on 19th November 2022, inviting claims from all creditors, with the last date for submission being 29th November 2022. In accordance with IBC regulations, creditors were required to submit their claims within the stipulated time period. Additionally, claims were accepted up to 90 days from the commencement of CIRP or until the issuance of the Request for Resolution Plan (RFRP), whichever was later. The Resolution Professional (RP) admitted claims received within this extended period.
Furthermore, the approved Resolution Plan provided an additional opportunity for allottees who had missed the initial deadlines to submit their claims within 60 days from the date of plan approval, as announced in a public notice dated 19th December 2024.
As you have missed both the original and extended deadlines for submission of your claim, we regret to inform you that your claim cannot be admitted at this stage and is hereby rejected.
We appreciate your understanding.
D.K.Realty RERA lapsed
Since the builders were arrested, and the date of completion ended, the RERA registration got lapsed!
Mandatory to join LIV Smart Welfare Association
As per response received from NCLT/IBC, it is mandatory for everybody to join LIV Smart Welfare Association, by or before the 12th of February 2025, else their application will not be considered, even though they have paid for their house, to the builder!
How do we claim back our investment?
As per an advocate I have consulted, the only way is to form a group of people and file an application with NCLT to consider our plea, to consider our application to join the LIV Smart Welfare Association
